Marriage records are open to the public. Marriage records are filed in the county where the license was ISSUED, which would be the county of residence of the parties. You can obtain a certified copy of a marriage in person or by mail. For mail requests, fill out the Application for a Certified Copy of a Marriage License, and mail it to the Calhoun County Clerk with the appropriate fee.


$10.00 for the first certified copy. $5.00 for each additional copy of that record made at the same time.
Make check or Money Order payable to Calhoun County Clerk.
Visa or MasterCard is also accepted.
