IMPORTANT:  Requests must be for persons who DIED in Calhoun County ONLY.

Death records are open to the public. Death certificates are filed in the county where the death occurred. You can obtain a death certificate for anyone who died in Calhoun County. Please fill out an Application for a Certified Copy of a Death Certificate, and mail it to the Calhoun County Clerk with the appropriate fee.


$10.00 for the first certified copy. $5.00 for each additional copy of that record made at the same time.
Make check or Money Order payable to Calhoun County Clerk.
Visa or MasterCard is also accepted.
